Grace Fellowship Charitable Trust (GFCT) was founded by Pastor V.V.Charles , Founder and President in 2006.
It didn’t happen overnight, a gradual yearning that became his calling and destined home for 70+ children. He was born and raised in a religious Christian family with seven brothers and one sister.
Devoted to religious activities, but Father as we all call him, could not find any meaning in his life and nor peace and happiness in his life. In his words.
We Believe that We can Save More Lifes with you
Depressed, lonely and failed at anything, not only that he was physically weak due to weakness in the nervous system. He could not hear properly, and his memory power was decreasing over time.
Best four doctors of Bangalore, in Karnataka - had told him that his nervous system will collapse completely within two years of time. Such manic episodes and heartless words led him to think of the worst, even death.
Turning Point of his life was in the year 1990, when he attended the Christian retreat in Kerala, there he realized that Jesus is the only saviour of the mankind and only he can solve all his problems. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour and Lord. In his words
Jesus came into my life, since then a great change happened in my life, I got back my hearing and my memory power was back to normal, because my Jesus had healed me completely. Jesus delivered me from the thought of committing suicide. Jesus gave me great joy, peace, and love.”
He like other trustees and volunteers he has seen over the years at the shelter, found meaning of life in Jesus. Jesus gave him a good future and blessed him to be a channel for others whom he met along the journey.
Strong faith & love to serve Jesus’s followers healed Father of his infirmities! Since his life changed. He had a vision and strong calling and responsibility to reach out to others and bridge hope for all the lost people of the world.
With this vision G.F.C.T was born on 13/09/2006 was started with six orphan children.
Till date, anyone who has stood by him has believed in what he teaches his kids. “Jesus is not a religious leader…” Jesus is the saviour of the world. G.F.C.T does not believe in any religion. Jesus did not come to establish any religion or organization; Jesus came to save all the mankind and to build relationship with true living God. Religion brings division, confusion, and violence but Jesus came to give peace, joy, forgiveness, and abundance life.

Our Roots? This began while pastor V.V.Charles was praying, God given him a ‘Vision and Obligation’ in his heart under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
Formation of the Trust? G.F.C.T was started on 13th September 2006.
